Our Deluxe King offers sophistication with a contemporary style. The luxurious, pillow top king bed is enhanced by 400 count sheets and an inviting down comforter. An entertainment center complete with a 27 inch television, and DVD/CD player, add to the comforts of home. While other amenities such as an in room blow dryer, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, safe, iron and ironing board, all add convenience. A granite work station, connected to high speed internet and cordless phone is as productive as it is beautiful. All rates for rooms are based on double occupancy. Rates for suites are based on four people. Extra person charges of $20 per night per person apply.
Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) will be provided based on availability and should be requested at the time of booking. A fee of $20 per night per item will apply.
All guests must be 21 years of age to check-in. A valid government issued photo ID and the credit card you are using to guarantee your stay are required at time of check-in.
All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests made via this Web site cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Friendly pets fewer than 60 pounds are welcome but must be registered in writing at time of check-in. There is a $25 fee per pet per night. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if your pet is in any way aggressive and in any way makes our other guests uncomfortable.
Check-in time is 3 PM.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in the common areas.
A credit card authorization is required to check-in, for an amount equal to the total estimated charges for your stay plus $100 to cover possible incidentals, which may include; room damage, phone calls, pet fees, and extra person charges. We will not be able to check you in if you do not have a valid debit or credit card that we can authorize for charges equaling your estimated total stay plus $100. We do not accept cash deposits, but you may settle your bill at check-out with cash.
Reservations under $2,000 require a deposit equal to one night's stay plus tax.
Reservations over $2000 require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time the reservation is made which may be paid via check, cash, money order or cashiers check. The balance of the reservation must be paid 10 days prior to the reservation via check, cash, money order or cashiers check. There are no refunds over $3000.
